This is our popular full length Cape in the four extra thick, rubbery PVC materials in Black, Green, Blue and Semi Transparent. Unfortunately, these capes are not up to our high standards and although they are still very nice, you may find some poor sewing and some turnbacks the wrong way - hence the lower price. No returns on this product.
