Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order be delivered ?
If your order contains only our in-stock items, it will be despatched within 2 working days by tracked courier. If your order contains ANY items which are made-to-order, then your order will be despatched when the made-to-order items are ready. In this case, delivery times will vary from 14 days to a maximum of 28 days. A message will be shown on your shopping cart if your cart contains any made-to-order items. If you want a mixture of in-stock items and made-to-order items, and you do not want to wait for your in-stock items, we suggest that you place two orders - one that contains all the stock items that you want, and a separate order for your made-to-order items. Delivery times may vary due to the time of year, such as Christmas, when we are very busy.
Can I return my item if I do not like it ?
Items can be returned within 7 days, as long as they are in the same condition as when they were supplied. We do not accept clothing back that has obviously been worn, or smells of cigarette smoke, cooking smells etc.
For more information, please see the returns page.
What happens if my garment is faulty ?
The goods can be returned to us, and if found to be faulty manufacturing, we will repair it without charge and return it to you free postage, or you can have a refund. If we find that the garment has been ripped or damaged due to stress or incorrect fitting, we will make a small charge for the repair and the goods will be returned to you.
Is PVC safe when it is worn next to the skin ?
Modern produced PVC is inert and safe to wear for limited periods of time. If you wear it for long periods of time your skin will not be able to breathe which could cause a reaction. PVC manufactured in the past contained lead and cadium which were dangerous, but these have all now been removed and PVC is a very safe material.
Sometimes a garment has white dust on it, what is this and how do I remove it ?
Glass clear materials and shiny materials have chalk dust applied to the material to stop it sticking and trapping air when the material is wound on the roll. It also helps when pulling the material off the rolls. The dust is harmless, the best way to remove it is to either run a damp cloth over your garment or simply wear it, in time the dust will come off naturally.
Can I talk about fetish to someone in your office ?
Whilst we try and answer as many questions as possible, the phone line is only intended to take orders where people cannot order on line. Therefore we try and keep conversations short so that people can get through and place their order.
Are you anything to do with PVC Dreams ?
We supply a lot of clothing to PVC Dreams. If you want to see gorgeous girls in PVC, visit their site at pvcdreams.tv
Can I visit your premises to buy or have a look at the products ?
As we are a manufacturing only company without a retail shop or showroom, at the moment this is not possible.
What is your safety policy regarding breath play ?
We understand that breath play is dangerous and we do not encourage customers to participate in it. However, we know that a large number of people do practise breath play within their relationship and enjoy the practice safely in the privacy of their own home. We always put warning labels on any garment that we believe could be dangerous if used incorrectly and we always state that any sexual games should always be practised in the presence of another adult. Customers who buy our products are adults and are able to make their own decisions about what they do. We would emphasize that breath play can be dangerous and we cannot be held responsible for the incorrect use of any of our products.
